Pull-Out Laundry Hamper – 450mm Cabinet (48L)

Keep everyday laundry neatly concealed with this 48L pull-out laundry hamper system designed for a 450mm external-width cabinet. The removable ventilated basket and pull-out support frame are available as a complete set with 500mm soft-close runners, or without runners for compatible existing installations.

Choose Your Runner Option: Select Includes 500mm Soft-Close Runners (Complete Set) for the full installation kit, or Excludes Runners (Hamper & Frame Included) if you are supplying a compatible runner system separately.

The soft-close pull-out system provides smooth, controlled opening and closing for convenient everyday access, while the generous removable basket makes it easy to carry clothing, towels and linen directly to the washing machine.

Choose the runner-included complete set or the runner-excluded hamper and frame option to suit your installation.

Please Measure Before Ordering:
The 450mm measurement refers to the external width of the cabinet. The cabinet must provide a clear internal width of 412–418mm, a minimum internal depth of 506mm and a minimum internal height of 545mm.

Cabinet construction can vary even when the external cabinet width is 450mm. Always measure the actual clear internal space before purchasing.

• 1 × 48L removable ventilated laundry hamper basket
• 1 × pull-out support frame
• 1 × 500mm soft-close runner system (runner-included variant only) (runner-included variant only)

Runner Options: The runner-included variant supplies the main components as a complete set. The runner-excluded variant requires a compatible runner system to be supplied separately.

• Remove the hamper and wipe clean using a soft cloth and warm, mild soapy water.
• Allow the basket to dry thoroughly before returning it to the cabinet.
• Keep the runner tracks and moving components free from lint, dust and debris.
• Allow adequate airflow around damp laundry to help reduce moisture build-up.
• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach and solvent-based cleaners.

This complete pull-out laundry hamper system is designed for installation inside a 450mm external-width cabinet.

• Internal Cabinet Width: 412–418mm
• Minimum Internal Depth: 506mm
• Minimum Internal Height: 545mm

Before Installation

1. Measure the clear internal width, depth and height of the cabinet.
2. Confirm the cabinet has a 450mm external width.
3. Confirm the clear internal width is between 412mm and 418mm.
4. Confirm there is at least 506mm of clear internal depth.
5. Confirm there is at least 545mm of clear internal height.
6. Check for hinges, shelves, plumbing, electrical connections or other obstructions.

Installation

1. If you selected the runner-included variant, install the supplied 500mm soft-close runner system according to the installation instructions. If you selected the runner-excluded variant, a compatible runner system must be supplied separately before fitting the pull-out frame.
2. Fit the pull-out support frame securely onto the runner system.
3. Fit and align the cabinet front according to the supplied installation instructions.
4. Place the 48L removable hamper securely into the pull-out frame.
5. Fully extend and close the hamper several times to confirm smooth movement.
6. Confirm the soft-close mechanism operates correctly and the basket does not interfere with the cabinet during operation.

Important: Do not rely on the 450mm external cabinet measurement alone. Your cabinet must also provide the required 412–418mm internal width, 506mm minimum depth and 545mm minimum height.
